Always focused on meeting our customers' needs, we are introducing a new feature in the admin portal: the creation of alerts and notifications.
This feature was developed to facilitate communication between administrators and users of the viewing portal.
With the Alert feature, administrators will be able to create and manage important alerts that will be displayed directly to users, ensuring that crucial information is highlighted and easily accessible.
Open the Admin Portal and access the Alerts page.
Click on the Create Alerts button.
You will be redirected to the screen where you can configure new alerts.
Configuração do Aviso:
Title: Enter a title; this title should be informative to ensure users understand the purpose of the alert immediately.
Description: Provide a brief description of the alert. Use this space to detail relevant information and instructions if necessary. The description can be formatted to improve readability using options like bold, italic, lists, etc.
Date and Time Definition
Start Date and Time: Select the date and time when the alert should start being displayed on the portal. This allows the alert to be published automatically at the desired moment.
End Date and Time: Define the date and time when the alert should stop being displayed to users. After this period, the alert will no longer be shown on the viewing portal
After filling in all fields and configuring the dates and times, click Save to complete the process.
Whenever an alert is available, the alert icon on the viewing portal will be visible and highlighted in red.
This helps draw users' attention to important updates.
