Ações permitidas de acordo com cada função de usuário

Os contribuidores de Workpace só conseguem criar usuários se um usuário administrador permitir, pois existe uma permissão exclusiva só para controlar isso. Usuários com essa função também conseguem criar pastas e grupos, mas não conseguem editar ou excluir. Esses usuários só conseguem fazer a importação e gestão dos relatórios que estão nos workspaces que eles possuem acesso.
