The “application sharing mode” in Power Embedded refers to the method by which you share and group content, such as reports, dashboards and external reports, both inside and outside your organization. This functionality is similar to what exists in Power BI, but includes some extra features such as TV mode and page-level security.

In general, you make prior settings for the application, such as: Name, description and assign a person responsible for it.
Report Catalog is a discovery tool that lists all the reports in your company to which users will not have immediate access.
This allows the user to get to know these reports through a description and request access if they are relevant to their daily activities.
Enabling TV mode allows the application to be displayed on a Smart TV without having to be connected to a computer.
This functionality is displayed in slide show mode, which allows interaction between reports, as in the initial example. To activate it, simply enable it and set a time interval between these reports.
Below are some permissions that can be enabled:
Update visuals: Activate this app option to refresh the visuals right after the reports are opened.
Refresh dataset: Activate this app option to refresh the datasets right after the reports are opened.
In this menu, you can import the reports into the application and choose the position and even which tabs of the reports you would like to show.
A number of functions are available on the actions button.
Pages: In the Power Embedded application, you can choose which report tabs are made available.
Move: To choose the position that the report will be available in the application.
