Welcome to the Power Embedded documentation, where you will get to know the solution better, understand how the portal works, and clear up many of your questions.

O Power Embedded is a web portal, in the form of SaaS (Software as a Service), which **uses a Fabric or Power BI Embedded capacity license to access the official Power BI APIs and display the reports published on app.powerbi.com in this portal** 100% customized with your company's visual identity.

Access to reports is made via API through capacity licensing, and **the user who only views the reports will not need to access the address app.powerbi.com, nor will they require a Power BI Pro license or even a Power BI account**, as they can access Power Embedded using their corporate email or even personal emails (Gmail, Yahoo)

By utilizing capacity-based licensing instead of per-user, Power Embedded allows your company to no longer require dozens/hundreds of Power BI Pro licenses solely for users who need to publish reports or access app.powerbi.com for configuring gateways, data updates, etc. Therefore, \*\*Power Embedded can reduce the deployment and maintenance costs of Power BI by up to 90%.
