Ideal for organizations evaluating Power Embedded. Our team will:

* Answer initial questions

**Best for:** Decision-makers, product evaluators

## 2. Installation and Setup

**Duration:** 1 hour

Get Power Embedded installed and configured in your environment. We'll:

* Verify technical prerequisites
* Guide through the installation process
* Configure your first workspace
* Set up initial users and permissions

**Best for:** Technical teams, administrators

## 3. Technical Support Session

**Duration:** 1 hour

Resolve specific technical issues or questions:

* Troubleshoot problems
* Configure complex scenarios
* Optimize performance
* Review best practices

**Best for:** Technical support teams, system administrators

## 4. Capacity Analysis and Planning

**Duration:** 1-2 hours

Analyze your Fabric/Power BI capacity usage and create an optimization plan:

* Review current capacity utilization
* Identify optimization opportunities
* Plan capacity upgrades if needed
* Discuss cost optimization strategies

4. Confirm your booking

A calendar invitation will be sent to your email with the meeting link.

## Preparation

Before your meeting, have ready:

* Azure subscription ID (for installation meetings)
* Specific questions or issues you want to address
* Screenshots or error messages if troubleshooting

## Support Hours

Meetings are available:

* **Monday - Friday:** 9 AM - 5 PM (Brazil Standard Time - BRT)
* **Holidays:** We respect Brazilian and international holidays
