Cannot load the model due to reaching capacity limits

This error occurs when your capacity has reached the usage limit. Probably some report, pipeline, or dataflow consumed a lot of resources and ended up taking down the environment.
To quickly resolve this error, temporarily, restart your capacity via the Azure Portal or on the Capacity Management page. This will make future Fabric usage restart and capacity will return to loading reports.
Now you need to analyze the Fabric Capacity Metrics report to identify what consumed so much capacity and decide if it's time to increase capacity or optimize a process to consume fewer resources.
Below you have the option to restart and change the capacity in two ways, via Azure or directly through Power Embedded.
If you need help performing this analysis, schedule a meeting with the support team.
Note: Power Embedded customers have FREE access to Rafael Mendonça's workshop on Fabric capacity analysis.
