Types of user roles

The administration portal is an environment dedicated to managing user permissions, groups, reports, and various settings.

This article will explain the different functions available in the portal and the actions that each type of user can perform.

To register a new user, go to the User Managementarrow-up-right page.

All portal configuration, color and image customization, Firewall access, capacity control, and changes affecting the entire system are carried out exclusively by an administrator user.

Allowed actions according to each user role

Workspace contributors can only create users if an administrator user allows it, since there is an exclusive permission to control this. Users with this role can also create folders and groups, but cannot edit or delete them. These users can only import and manage reports from the workspaces they have access to.
